Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (toasting is optional)

  • 1 Avocado (1/2 per each slice of bread)

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric (anti-inflammatory)

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder (helps w/circulation)

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

  • Optional: Ceyanne pepper (increases metabolism)

Instructions

  • Toast bread

  • Scrape out half of Avocado for each bread slice; mash w/fork, leaving ridges

  • First: dust Turmeric powder

  • 2nd: lightly sprinkle black pepper

  • 3rd: dust Garlic Powder

  • 4th: Sprinkle Cumin

  • Final: very light dusting of Cyanne Pepper for a light kick
