Avocado Toast

2 slices of bread (toasting is optional)
1 Avocado (1/2 per each slice of bread)
1/4 tsp Turmeric (anti-inflammatory)
1/4 tsp Garlic powder (helps w/circulation)
1/2 tsp Cumin
Optional: Ceyanne pepper (increases metabolism)

Toast bread
Scrape out half of Avocado for each bread slice; mash w/fork, leaving ridges
First: dust Turmeric powder
2nd: lightly sprinkle black pepper
3rd: dust Garlic Powder
4th: Sprinkle Cumin
Final: very light dusting of Cyanne Pepper for a light kick
